Swatch Series: Sephora by OPI Metro Chic
Life is so good! =) I passed my driving test, I got myself a job, and, I
have 151 followers! Perhaps, it's time to start preparing for a
giveaway on my bloggie!
Today's swatch is Sephora by OPI's Metro Chic. It was all the rage years ago, as with all taupe-purples were. This range is unfortunately not available in Singapore, so this was bought second-hand, at a very reasonable price!
Metro Chic applies smoothly in 2 coats, and dries to a fairly high shine. Color-wise, I would say it's a grey/taupe/purple all wonderfully mixed in. It's one of those colors that I feel is work-appropriate to a large extent, and looks more chic (and interesting) than a plain nude.
While the polish flowed smoothly, I dislike the brush that's included in this range of polish. It's thin, tiny, and just not the most comfortable to work with. I really like OPI's pro-wide brush, or something like China Glaze/RBL's, so the really thin brush is annoying.
The next few posts will probably drift towards the 11 designs I have on my nail wheels, my last holographic polish ( I saved the best for the last), and hopefully, I will get round to writing reviews. For now, take care, and I'll blog again really soon!
