Goodies from Essence Cosmetics Singapore!
Hi everyone!
I'm really excited to show you some goodies I received from Essence Cosmetics Singapore! I won these 6 babies in a giveaway that Essence was holding towards the end of 2012, and received them about 1 week back.
Honestly, I was only expecting the Magnetic polishes. So, it's a pleasant surprise to find more than that!
Included in the package was:
Nail Art Magnetics in Magic Wand!
Nail Art Magnetics in Hex Hex!
Nail Art Cracking Top Coat in Crack Me! Black
Nail Art Cracking Top Coat in Crack Me! Blue
Nail Art Special Effects Topper in Disco Disco
Nail Art Special Effects Topper in It's Purplicious
Nail Art Magnet (for the Magnetics)
Whoosh, that's quite a lot of goodies! I've yet to use any of them for a full manicure, so quick swatches for now!
L-R: Magic Wand (on its own), Magic Wand (after using the magnet), Hex Hex (after using the magnet), Hex Hex (on its own)
It took me some time to learn how to use the magnet properly, so the effect shows up. Magnetics require each nail to be done one by one, and each time round, it takes around 15-20 secs. So it's definitely not a quick manicure idea, but still, quite worth the effort!
What do you think of the polishes? I'm personally really glad I got the cracking top coats and magnetic polishes, because for some reason, I didn't jump on board those trends! Magnetics are really gorgeous, can't wait to purchase a couple more in the future!
