NOTD - RBL Scrangie

Rescue Beauty's Scrangie.

Absolutely beautiful, but slip-shod application. 2 coats of Scrangie + 1 coat of OPI Top Coat + 1 thick coat of Seche Vite. Manicure's about 4 days old.
