Rave: Nail Polish Remover Wipes
This is a highly recommended product. It is cheap, effective, damn
nice-smelling, and convenient to use. And it costs only $1.50. And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
Yeah, you get how much i like this product.
It is this nail polish remover that I'm absolutely crazy in love with at the moment! The one pictured here is Strawberry-flavoured, and it really really smells like strawberry! There's a faint smell of alcohol, but not overpowering like for most other polish remover.
There's no indication of the number of wipes, but I'm guessing 30 in a box. Which makes it super cheap at only about $0.05 a sheet (it costs $1.50 per box).
And have you noticed that it's acetone-free? But no worries, because it is darn effective in removing your polish. The manicure I had on was from my last post, with 1 layer of base coat, 2 layers of white, and 1 layer of red polish sponged on.
You know how difficult reds can be. They stain the skin around your nails, when you try and remove it. But hey presto, this nail polish remover pad removed everything. No stains! And the best part is, it doesn't leave your cuticles and skin feeling dry, because there's no acetone in it. There is a layer of oil-like stuff that remains, but a quick rinse with water, and your cuticles actually feel moisturized.
I purchased a 2nd box after this, and it was in Kiwifruit. And I tell you, omg, you need to get that. The polish remover pad smells so fantastic! There's zero scent of alcohol for that one, and it removes just as well. I didn't snap photos, but I removed 10 fingers covered with 3-4 layers of Sinful Colors Cinderella (a sheer blue with tons of purple shimmers, gorgeous color) in just.... ONE pad. All shimmers went off my nails, and, not a single one of them felt dry.
I'm so thankful that this product is now carried by 7-11 stores around Singapore. I've seen them in stock at Novena MRT Station, and also at Newton MRT Station. They cost only $1.50, and is extremely convenient to carry around. They smell great, and don't dry out your fingers and cuticles. And they're pretty darn effective. What more can you ask? Perhaps, you might dislike that it's made in China. Me? I don't really care, hahahahah
And oh, this is a call out to everyone to swipe the shelves clean! I'm already planning to purchase 1 more box in Kiwifruit, just because I've been using these since I got them, instead of my normal nail polish removers. I mean, you don't even need to find your cotton pads....
